Reveille for Radicals by Saul Alinsky
Saul Alinsky was the very first community organizer. His philosophy and tactics have greatly influenced an entire movement. This first book did very well, but it is the second (found below) that First published in 1946 and updated in 1969 with a new introduction and afterword.

A French communist work (although it has become extremely influential in the North American anarchist scene) that hypothesizes the “imminent collapse of capitalist culture”. Written by The Invisible Committee, an anonymous group of contributors (attributed to the Tarnac Nine by the French police), the book was first published in 2007 by French company La Fabrique.
